John Mulvihill

John Mulvihill has served as Vice President, Managing Director, Canada since October 2025.

He is accountable for business operations and franchise development to drive strong performance and accelerate growth across Canada.

With nearly 13 years of experience working for Wendy’s Quality Supply Chain Co-Op (QSCC) in Canada, John’s strong Wendy’s franchise relationships and deep expertise with supplier partners uniquely position him to lead the Canadian business and continue advancing a globally great and locally even better brand experience across the country.

While at QSCC, John worked in leadership roles with progressive accountability across operations and procurement. Prior to QSCC, John held various supply chain management and procurement roles at top-tier Canadian companies including Loblaw Companies Limited and Indigo.

John is committed to the values and mission of Wendy’s founder and proudly serves the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption-Canada as Board Chair. He also serves on GS1 Canada’s Foodservice Sector Board and is an active member of the Produce Marketing Association and the Supply Chain Canada organizations.

John enjoys a Baconator on road trips with his wife and always upgrades to a large combo to share his fries with their dog, Pippi.

John is currently an executive MBA candidate in Global Leadership at the University of Fredericton. He also holds an honours degree from Trent University and a post-graduate diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Ontario Institute of the Supply Chain Management Association of Canada.
