Ken Cook

Ken Cook has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer for The Wendy’s Company since July 2025. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2024, where he played a major role in developing Wendy’s long-term growth strategy. Ken is energized by the passion that our people, franchisees, and customers have for the Wendy’s brand, and his focus is on delivering on our growth strategy for the benefit of all Wendy’s stakeholders.  

Previously, Ken worked at United Parcel Service in Atlanta where he spent 20 years with increasing responsibility across the Finance organization, most recently serving as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, Ken served as Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. Domestic segment, leading the financial planning and execution for the company’s transportation and logistics enterprise. Ken previously held leadership roles across Investor Relations and Treasury, along with more than three years spent in Singapore as the CFO of South Asia.

Ken holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
