Mary Greenlee

Mary Greenlee has served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Development & System Optimization since February 2026.

In this role, she oversees the integrated Development organization and drives alignment with the Company’s strategic priorities, including system optimization and supporting profitable growth. She joined The Wendy’s Company in September 2024 as Senior Vice President, U.S. Operations where she was accountable for overseeing the performance of Company and franchise restaurant operations and leading U.S. Field Training initiatives.

Mary brings more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant and beverage industries, having held significant roles with both Subway Restaurants and The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to joining Wendy’s, she served as the Vice President of U.S. Field Operations at Subway, and she is also a former Subway franchisee operating partner.

At The Coca-Cola Company, Mary held several pivotal roles, including Director of Business Development and General Manager of Coca-Cola Freestyle Strategy for Wendy’s from 2017 to 2019.

Her favorite Wendy’s menu item is a Dave’s Single®, which she enjoys with her family on Saturdays after hockey games.

Mary is passionate about fighting food insecurity and volunteers with food pantries across Georgia to give back to local communities within the state.

Mary received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana.
