Robert D. “Bob” Wright
President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Bob Wright has served as a director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 2026.
He brings extensive leadership experience across the quick-service restaurant industry and a strong track record of driving operational performance, business transformation and growth. Most recently, Bob served as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a member of the board of directors, of Potbelly Corporation, where he led a period of meaningful growth, expanding the brand’s footprint and developing one of the fastest-growing digital platforms in the restaurant industry. His prior experience includes multiple senior leadership roles at Wendy’s, including as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, as well as leadership positions at Charleys Philly Steaks, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. and Domino’s Pizza, Inc.
Additionally, Bob serves as a director of El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc., having joined the board in January 2026. He also serves as a board member of Xenia Platforms, a privately-held software development company and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Taylor University.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Letourneau University, where he graduated with honors.
