Now, Wendy’s is bringing that same crave‑worthy experience to the morning menu with Breakfast Poutine, delivering big flavour to start the day. 

A Canadian Classic, Made with Canadian Ingredients 

Poutine has earned its place as one of Wendy’s Canada’s most-loved menu items, and our new Breakfast Poutine continues that tradition with Canadian ingredients at its core. Each order starts with seasoned potatoes made from Canadian-grown potatoes and is topped with cheese curds from Quebec - delivering the familiar flavours fans love in every bite. It’s a simple combination, but one that has made Wendy’s Poutine a go-to choice for Canadians craving comfort food done right. 

Introducing Breakfast Poutine: A Morning Twist on a Classic 

As part of our commitment to breakfast innovation, Wendy’s Canada is introducing Breakfast Poutine - a limited-time offering that reimagines a beloved Canadian favourite for the morning daypart. Launching nationally on May 4, Breakfast Poutine combines Wendy’s signature breakfast flavours with the indulgence Canadians expect from poutine. 

Wendy’s customers can choose from two delicious Breakfast Poutine options:  

• Classic Breakfast Poutine: Wendy’s Seasoned Breakfast Potatoes topped with gravy and Canadian cheese curds. 
• Swiss Cheese Breakfast Poutine: Wendy’s Seasoned Breakfast Potatoes layered with a creamy Swiss cheese sauce and Canadian cheese curds. 

Fans can also upgrade their Breakfast Poutine by adding two strips of Wendy’s Apple-wood smoked bacon for an extra layer of flavour. Both options can be enjoyed on their own or added as an upgrade to any breakfast combo.
