Wendy’s Employees Fuel Global Charitable Donations Through Community Giving Program
At Wendy’s®, giving back is more than just something we do, it’s one of our core values. Whether it’s through our long-standing partnership with the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption® or through employee-led initiatives like our Community Giving Program, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live, work, and serve your Wendy’s favorites.
Wendy’s Community Giving Program reflects our brand values Give Something Back and Do the Right Thing by supporting organizations that champion causes like foster care adoption, hunger and food integrity, youth and families, and vibrant communities.
This year, we’re proud to announce charitable donations to 22 organizations across the United States, Aruba, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Launched in 2020, the program empowers Wendy’s Company employees and our Employee Resource Groups to nominate charitable organizations they’re passionate about. Selected organizations will receive grants ranging from $2,500 to $10,000, totaling $100,000 in donations.
Congratulations to our 2025 Community Giving Program grant recipients!
